Welcome to the ASU Havasu Health Science Society Club. In this club we aim to gain experience through events that will assist in personal growth along with interaction with the community of Lake Havasu such as blood drives and CPR certification. This club is excellent for those planning to attend grad school as well with this club providing hands on volunteer hours. This is for all majors and for anyone wanting to expand there college experience.
ASU Havasu Blood Drive The Blood Drive will be taking place November 4th by the President and Vice President of HSS, Morgan Beckwith and Lexi Woodhouse. This event will take place from 12:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. and the clean up must be completed by 6:00 P.M. for Parks and Rec. Posters/flyers to be released a month before the event; distribution and volunteer time slots TBD next meeting, Friday, October 9th in Ironwood 104 at 4p. There are 40 appointment slots for the Blood Drive, we encourage everyone that is able to participate to join! |
The Havasu Community Health is having a cancer run and if anyone would like to volunteer please go to www.havasucommunityhealth.org.There will also be a concussion assessment volunteering in November.
