The typical college student goes to college for four years. Although four years seems like a long time, it goes by very quickly. Often, it is hard to remember that you have a life outside of school. Adult life will kick in quickly once you graduate. It may be hard to go out more and make memories that you won't forget but your college years are something to remember. They are a time for triumph, mistakes, learning from those mistakes, aspirations, and unforgettable times.
You're going to want to remember everything you learned/did in college. How can you do this?
You're going to want to remember everything you learned/did in college. How can you do this?
1. TAKE PICTURES
Sounds easy, right? Not! Taking pictures throughout your college memories is easier said than done. You are going to want to document as much of the fun times you had as you can. Pictures are a great way to relive a memory.
2. Make a scrapbook!
Scrapbooking sounds so corny; however, it is a creative way to display your pictures and write about the memory in the picture. You can write a few sentences to a whole page about the time the picture was taken. It is also a great way to remember the date of the picture. You can document it in writing.
3. Take Videos
Some videos can be hilarious. You can record hanging out with friends, volunteering you did, places you went, record what your dorm looked like. Little things like that can be great videos. They remind you of what a place looked like or a funny memory about a certain person. Videos may seem obvious, but many people don't think about taking them. You may watch a video of yourself, and think "What the heck was I thinking!?" or " I wore that!?"
Memories are so important and a good way to reminisce, as well as remember your college years. No matter how you choose to "freeze" your memories, just remember to do it! You will not regret it. I promise!
